Amit Chatterjee: The most important factor for our customers is our ability to provide quick and efficient service. Our post-sales services include preventive maintenance, value added services like calibration and testing, validation, optimization studies and instrument repair — when needed. We have a strong sales and service network of 150 people located in eight offices across the country. In addition, we have a dedicated service team for all customized equipment integrated with our operations at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
