Eastman Chemical Company has plans to divest its Texas City Operations to Ineos Acetyls for 490 million dollars. Under the terms of the agreement, Eastman will retain ownership of its plasticizer business at the site.

Total Energies has collaborated with Air Liquide to decarbonize Total Energies’ refining and petrochemical platform in Normandy. Under the terms of the agreement, Air Liquide will supply green and low carbon hydrogen to the project.
