Serialization and Track & Trace Pack to the Future: Serialization Made Simple
Learn how Antares Vision kickstarted the packaging industry into the future — Health and safety: Two small words that mean everything to a company like Antares Vision. They are the leader in the pharmaceutical market, which is now ten years ahead of other industries in terms of regulatory tracking requirements.
As the U.S. Drug Supply Chain Security Act deadline looms closer, Antares Vision is unique in its ability to guarantee a fully integrated, validated and complete serialization program in a short timeframe. Their Quick Compliance Program allows a customer to implement serialization in less than ten weeks from the project start date.
The track & trace solution by Antares Vision covers from Level 1 (Devices), to Level 2 (Line Supervision), Level 3 (Site management) and Level 4 (Company interconnection), communication with Level 5 (authorities and national hubs). This allows the company to offer its customers a turnkey package: a one-stop shop and a single responsible guarantor.
Track & Trace 4.X? – A Vision for Serialization
New to Antares Vision is ATS Four: the most complete Level 4 solution. The ATS Four ecosystem provides the most comprehensive, flexible, fast and cost-saving solution to allow the widest connection capability for any traceability framework. It is based on two modules: ATS Link and ATS Hub. The ATS Link module provides a unique point of interface (multi-site, multi-vendor and multi-enterprise) with Level 3 plants ERP and serialization platforms, enabling interface exchange with government agencies.
It can also operate in connection to other Level 4 providers. ATS Hub is the full Level 4 software solution providing global data repository and serial number generation, implementing serialization data flows with the manufacturing and distribution network.
Antares Vision also proves superior technological capabilities in the sector with their inspection machines: the Tablet and Capsule Inspector (TCI) and Visual Rotating Inspector (VRI). Both machines introduce the concept of automatic inspection of products and containers, even in applications previously managed manually.
A New Model for Technology and Product Delopment in Pharma
The TCI machine identifies defects in capsules and tablets, from damaged edges to color deviation, dots, dirt and more. The VRI machine inspects a wide range of glass or plastic medical containers for liquids, powder or lyophilized drugs.
