Solid metal connections are rugged, boast long lifetimes, and are easy to clean. Read more about safe connections that fulfil stringent hygienic requirements of the food industry in this article.
The parallel execution of production and cleaning steps enables maximum utilisation of capacities and therefore optimal efficiency of processes.

Many everyday objects have to be dismantled into their single parts in order to clean them thoroughly at regular intervals. We tend to make things easier on ourselves by letting these intervals become quite long. In the food industry, cleaning is performed based on an entirely different principle.
Hygienic products are possible only if the systems are cleaned thoroughly and very frequently, often several times per production shift. This is true not only of internal cleaning, but also cleaning of the system components from the outside.
Cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of production facilities and distribution systems are critical and quality-determining work steps. The need to perform this work effectively without disassembly of the respective components led to the development of CIP/SIP technology (cleaning in place, sterilisation in place). Pentair Südmo manufactures CIP/SIP systems uses, among other components, connections from Eisele.
How to Clean Double Seat Valves
The threaded elbow joints, e.g. for connecting control air to the valve actuators, are easy to mount and withstand the very demanding external cleaning processes and even aggressive chemicals. The connections are designed to be less susceptible to impurities and can be cleaned especially thoroughly from the outside.
The service spectrum ranges from the manufacture of stainless steel components such as double seat valves to the engineering and implementation of entire process and cleaning systems for the beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries.
