Mixproof double seat valves ensure a high degree of process safety and reliability. Absolute reliability is possible, however, only if every system component, however small, reliably performs its function. A secure connection of the pneumatic valves and fittings to a central compressed air supply network by means of “Intelli Top 2.0” process control heads with all-metal connections is therefore a basic prerequisite. To meet the required standards, the connections, as well as the complete systems, are manufactured from stainless steel.

Pneumatic Connections – Ideal for Frequent Cleaning Cycles

Pneumatic connections from Eisele are ideal for systems with frequent cleaning cycles: With the 17 and 17a series, the specialist for connecting technology offers a broad spectrum of different types for this application. The quality overall result is achieved not only when the stainless steel elements, but also all other components are selected according to stringent criteria.

In the food industry, approval by the American FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is the seal of quality required for materials. Eisele equips its connections for these industries with FDA-approved seals. Series 17 includes connections with a release sleeve. Especially smooth surfaces and the special design prevent dirt and other residue from accumulating. Cleaning is also extremely easy.

A Solution for Demanding Cleaning Procedures

Series 17a is similar. The connections are equipped with two seals, which make them ideal for applications with special sealing requirements and for applications with high pressures or for use with fluids. Both series can also be used with stainless steel pipes. The pipe only has to be provided with a recess, so that it can then be connected just as easily and securely as a hose. Eisele has a suitable solution for every application; besides stainless steel, also for cooling water and compressed air circuits. Matching hoses of the in-house brand Proweld round out the product spectrum.
