Elgi Compressors Europe has recently launched the ‘LD Series’ range of lubricated direct drive reciprocating air compressors in Europe. With the new piston air compressor technology, the series claims to offer high performance, low noise, and easy maintenance.

In the background of rising global demand for bio-based and biodegradable surfactants, BASF has plans to expand its alkyl polyglucosides production capacity at two of its sites in Bangpakong, Thailand, and Cincinnati, Ohio. Técnicas Reunidas has bagged a contract for project management, engineering, procurement and construction management and supervision services for Ineos’ mega ethylene facility in Europe.
