The centrifuges will be installed at the company’s Kemerton lithium hydroxide processing plant in Western Australia.
Fluor’s scope of work includes engineering, procurement and construction management services for Albemarle’s Lithium Conversion facility in China. On completion, the facility is expected to produce 50,000 tons of lithium hydroxide annually.
