Holistic Approach for Filter Integrity Testing

PROCESS: What other products, accessories, solutions does Sartorius offer for their complete package of “Filter Integrity Testing”?

DR. MEYER: Integrity testing means more than selling units to the customers. SSB offers various solutions to meet highly customerspecific requirements. For example, Sartocheck 4 Plus enables up to four so-called Multi Units to be connected to one another, allowing the user to perform up to five tests in parallel. This saves time and makes the process of integrity testing highly efficient.

The Sartorius WIT Trolley has been designed to permit hydrophobic air-filter cartridges to be tested fully automatically. Moreover, the Sartocheck 4 Plus unit performs all three steps required by the water intrusion test fully automatically. These steps entail filling the filter housing with water, running the test and draining the housing afterwards. Again, this automation helps make the process of integrity testing highly efficient, also from an economical point of view.

Sartocheck 4 Plus accessories, such as external valves and external pressure sensors, help meet our customers’ specific requirements by offering the optimal solution. And our experienced team of application specialists and service technicians provides quick support to our customers whenever needed. Perhaps it is now clear why I said that integrity testing is much more than selling standard units to customers.
