IMCD México has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 % shares of Promaplast Resinas, Proveedora de Materiales Plásticos, and Promaplast USA (together Promaplast) which is an advanced materials distributor for the Mexican and U.S. markets.

Promaplast is a privately owned company and boasts a highly diversified portfolio of resins and compounds to serve the packaging, footwear, consumer goods, home appliances, automotive and other industrial markets, plus additive masterbatches.
