Semi-Automatic Filling of Sacks

The bagging line has been designed in such a way that operators can dock the sacks using an inflatable collar at the product inlet. The sacks stand on calibrated scales, and the weight is set exactly for the required amount. After the sacks are filled, the operator transfers them to a conveyor belt that transports them to a locking device.

The sacks have a film inliner, which is sealed separately, and an external paper sack for protection, which is also sealed. The entire filling line is fitted with a metal separator and a sampler.

The sealed sacks are transported to the top via an inclined conveyor belt and can be removed by the operator there at an ergonomic height and stacked on pallets. Minimum dust is generated during filling, which requires just one operator to accomplish it.
