Just before reaching the target weight, the connected weighing system automatically transmits a pulse to the dosing unit to reduce the speed of the cyclone screener. This decreases the amount of bulk material arriving in the screen basket. This switching between coarse and fine matter helps to reach the optimum cut-off point and, thus, obtains accurate results from the weighing system.

Easy Inspection and Cleaning

A special pull-out device with quick release fasteners makes it possible to extract the screen basket simply from the screener housing for inspection and swing it clear to the side. This enables thorough inspections and also quick replacements if necessary. The dosing screw can also be extracted and swivelled out using quick release fasteners. All connections critical to safety are fitted with electrical protection devices to ensure the machine is shut off immediately if it is opened.

The screen fabric is attached with rings, which can vibrate freely and is thus self-cleaning. A built-in baffle plate prevents too much fine material landing in the outlet for coarse material. The different filling adapters can be removed easily and cleaned thanks to its quick release fasteners.

By using these special filling adapters and by uncoupling the scales, it is possible to dose and weigh the final product into boxes, drums and big bags. The receptacles can be fitted with an inliner. Furthermore, using these adapters, containers can also be filled.
