With four parallel working stations, the passage of the drums can be significantly accelerated; with additives, it is even possible to fill ISO steel or ISO plastic drums between 50 l and 230 l. Now the automatic drum filler has been equipped with further features and has thus become even better: SAP interfacing simplifies the integration into company-specific processes, while an exact status query via condition monitoring is now possible at any time.

The machine is mobile and easy to operate via remote control using a handheld device, which makes faster troubleshooting and much more possible. In addition, torque control when closing the drums ensures even more safety during the filling process.

Visitors at Achema will be shown in a live demonstration how the system works with both plastic and steel drums. In addition, a video explains in an entertaining way how the process interfacing with SAP works.

Haver & Boecker will also present a system from the new Integra Adams edition at Achema. Integra stands for stationary enclosed and complete packaging systems for filling bulk materials. In combination with the Adams technology already proven on the market for clean filling of powdery products into leak-proof PE containers, Haver & Boecker thus offers a system that perfectly meets the special requirements of the chemical industry.
