The chemical industry in Europe intends to gain support for an EU Recovery Plan which is in line with the European Green Deal objectives in order to boost Europe’s economy in the background of Covid-19.

Under the terms of the MOU, Linde and Cnooc will jointly explore the possibility of investing in hydrogen production and filling units as well as increasing the use of hydrogen in industrial applications.
