Repsol has plans to sell its oil and gas assets in Canada to Peyto for 468 million dollars. The move is in line with the company’s goal of focusing on its core regions.

Grupa Azoty has selected Thyssenkrupp Uhde to develop its new ammonium nitrate neutralization plant in Poland. The plant will be based on the natural circulation process in order to produce liquid ammonium nitrate.
