Under a long-term agreement signed between Air Products San Fu and a semiconductor manufacturer in Taiwan, Air Products San Fu will build, own, and operate four mega air separation units and bulk gas supply systems with new underground pipeline systems to support the expansion of the semiconductor manufacturer in Taiwan.

Under a long-term agreement, Air Products will supply high-purity industrial gases and related infrastructure for a major semiconductor expansion in the USA. The company will invest approximately 250 million dollars in Arizona to build, own and operate new gas supply infrastructure for the project.

Air Liquide via its corporate venture capital arm Aliad has invested in Quobly, a start-up firm which develops quantum processors using proven semiconductor manufacturing processes.
