The OscilloWitt was specifically made for milling and dosing dry, moist, and in particular heat-sensitive hard-to-process products. The minimum necessary impact power and the continuously variable rotor speed ensure that the OscilloWitt applies just the right amount of shear and friction forces to move the product gently through the sieve.

The OscilloWitt’s special operating principle, tight sealing and easy cleanability combine to guarantee consistently exceptional uniform product quality. This is of major importance when processing ingredients in the pharmaceutical industry, and equally so for foodstuffs as well as flavorings such as tea, spices, vitamins, and proteins, as well as the many products in the fine chemical industry that require processing.

The OscilloWitt is also well suited for processes that require continuous documentation, thanks to a state-of-the-art control system and a modern LCD display making it easy to read and document the rotor-sieve distance, product temperature, rotor speed, and other parameters.

Versatility is further increased by a large selection of sieves. There are round-mesh sieves for easily breakable products, square-mesh sieves for hard products, and fine sieves that are especially suited for wet milling.

Flexible, yet Gentle: Heat Sensitive Milling

Today the best production systems are flexible and modular. The OscilloWitt fulfills both of these criteria. It can be used as a stand-alone machine or integrated into a line. Customer-specific requirements are easily and quickly implemented; if the OscilloWitt needs to be installed ahead of a lump breaker, for instance, Frewitt engineers have already created a solution. If necessary, the OscilloWitt can be installed through a clean room wall, or built to withstand pressure surges.
