London/UK — Within the framework of the contract, the engineering services provider will deploy its proprietary Terrace Wall technology for hydrogen production, which will be delivered by the company’s process technology specialists based in Milan. According to the supplier, this technology reduces the total installed costs for the reformer in high-labor cost or labor-constrained construction situations. It also provides a better quality product in the field since the high-alloy welding is performed and tested in a shop environment, reducing rework, the company claims. The Melaka Refinery Complex located in the state of Melaka is operated by Petronas.
