Wittenberg/Germany – The workers of an external subcontractor, age 43, 47 and 52, died during sandblasting at an exhaust funnel of the ammonia production of SKW Piesteritz, Germany. As the German media Hamburger Abendblatt and Focus online reported, the lifeless bodies were discovered at a working platform by a colleague – attempts at resuscitation were in vain. The investigating authorities now ordered an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
