Fluor Wins Feed, EPCM Contracts for World’s First Net-Zero Ethylene and Derivatives Complex Dow has awarded Fluor with a Feed and EPCM services contract for developing the world’s first net-zero carbon emissions ethylene cracker and derivatives complex in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada. With this project, the company aims to decarbonize 20 % of its global ethylene capacity while growing its polyethylene supply by about 15 %.
