Under a term sheet signed between both the parties, AM Green will supply renewable ammonia from its Kakinada production facility in India to Yara Clean Ammonia which will use it to produce low-emission fertilizers as well as to de-carbonize other industries.

Located in Budenheim, Germany, the new facility will produce green hydrogen and fuel cell components. The unit will also produce low-iridium-loaded catalyst coated membranes, a key functional part for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis.

Shell has decided to temporarily pause on-site construction at its biofuels facility at the Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
