Lyondell Basell to Acquire APK in Germany

The acquisition of APK is in line with Lyondell Basell’s goal of producing and marketing at least 2 million metric tons of recycled and renewable based polymers annually by 2030. APK’s unique solvent-based recycling technology is a perfect fit with the company’s existing mechanical and advanced recycling technologies.

TE H2, CIP, A.P. Møller Capital Collaborate for Green Hydrogen Production

The ‘Chbika’ project aims to develop 1 GW of onshore solar and wind capacities that will power the production of green hydrogen through the electrolysis of desalinated seawater and lead to the production of 200,000 tons per year of green ammonia for the European market. The project will constitute the first phase of a development program which is aimed at creating a world-scale green hydrogen production hub.
