Japanese energy company Eneos has partnered with Honeywell to begin basic engineering for what is set to be the first commercial-scale hydrogen supply chain in Japan based on MCH (methylcyclohexane). The project aims to facilitate hydrogen transport using Honeywell UOP’s dehydrogenation process, supporting production, storage, distribution, and material recycling within Eneos refineries.

Claimed to be the first green hydrogen production site in northern France, Lhyfe has plans to develop the site in Croixrault, in the Somme region of Hauts-de-France. Neste, KPI Oceanconnect and Global Energy have partnered together to deliver renewable diesel to the marine sector in Singapore for the first time. This marks an important milestone for the marine sector to utilize more sustainable alternatives in their operations.

Under a MOU signed between Neste and Bayer, both the firms will work together to develop a winter canola ecosystem in the U.S, including identifying partners and developing the value chain together, and scaling winter canola production as a raw material for renewable products.
