The Trace-Gas FID technology platform is designed for high precision analysis of organic hydrocarbon compounds (VOC/THC/Methane).

Under a joint study agreement, Pertamina and Air Liquide Indonesia have teamed up to develop Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU) technology at the Balikpapan Refinery Processing Unit in Indonesia. The two firms will jointly conduct a study on CO2 Syngas and Flue Gas capture technology application from hydrogen production at the site.

Toyo Engineering together with Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (PIHC) and Pupuk Iskandar Muda (PIM) will be conducting a feasibility study for green ammonia production at PIM’s existing fertilizer plants in Indonesia. The contract for this study has been awarded by the Government of Japan as it intends to use 3 million tons of ammonia annually as fuel in 2030.

A consortium comprising Johnson Matthey, Bekaert and TNO aims to improve green hydrogen production by optimizing the most important components of the electrolyzer. The move is expected to support the development of next-generation electrolyzers which will lead to lower electricity consumption and assist in cheaper hydrogen production.

The Bacton Energy Hub project led by the UK North Sea Transition Authority is exploring the potential for a hydrogen-led energy hub in Bacton, Norfolk, UK. With this move, the project aims to offer a sustainable hydrogen supply.
