Under the ‘Plasco2 project’, Evonik along with its three partners aim to turn the greenhouse gas CO2 into a raw material which can then be used for the production of C4 chemicals. The partners are working together to extract synthesis gas from CO2 and hydrogen by means of a plasma reactor using a newly developed process.
