Under the new project Marengo, the 200 MW plant is expected to initially produce 180,000 tonnes of renewable ammonia every year for customers in the European Union and has the potential to decarbonize the industry and transport sectors.

The new production plant i.e. the Hydrogen Valley Rosignano project will be developed in Rosignano, Italy and intends to decarbonize Solvay’s activities in the region. The plant will have a capacity of 756 tons of green hydrogen per year and will be used for the production of peroxides on site.

The green ammonia project will be built in Oman and is expected to have a capacity of 1.2 million tonnes annually. The produced green ammonia will then be transported to Korea.

With an aim to deliver clean energy to Calistoga in California Wine Country, USA during times of wildfires and other emergencies, Energy Vault has chosen Plug Power to supply 8 MW of hydrogen fuel cell stationary power to the region.

Under the terms of the agreement, all Denbury shareholders will receive 0.84 shares of Exxon Mobil for each of their Denbury share. With this deal, Exxon Mobil intends to profitably grow its Low Carbon Solutions business.
