A demonstration plant will be built inorder to showcase Carbios’ Enzymatic Recycling Process which is capable of depolymerising waste PET plastics and converted it into monomers. Under the terms of the contract, Technip FMC will provide advisory, engineering, procurement and construction supervision services for the project.

Under the terms of the agreement, Air Products will acquire five hydrogen steam methane reformer production plants from PBF Energy and also provide long-term hydrogen supply to the energy firm.
