The Marchesini Group has introduced two machines – the Marchesini BL-A420 CW labeler and the CMP Phar.Ma SV inspection machine for the pharmaceutical industry.

The new plant has the capacity to reach 24k tonnes per year and aims to meet the growing demand for high quality hydrogen peroxide in the country. The facility is also Solvay group’s maiden industrial unit in Vietnam.

Conoco Phillips has acquired 140,000 net acres in the liquids-rich Montney acreage from Kelt Exploration. With this deal, the company will add over 1 billion barrels of oil equivalent of high-value resource and over 1,000 high-quality well locations to its existing acreage in the region.

The front-end engineering and design (Feed) contract has been awarded by California Resources Corporation. Cal Capture, the carbon capture and sequestration project will be developed at a 550-MW plant in California, USA.
