Evonik to Introduce New Plasticizer Products

Evonik has plans to expand its plasticizer portfolio by adding new plasticizer products—oxo alcohol INA and INA-based plasticizers Vestinol 9 and Elatur CH respectively—next year. The new products will be produced at the company’s largest site in Marl, Germany. The move is in line with the company’s strategy of expanding its business with innovative plasticizers of the new generation.

Venture Global to Soon Become the Largest US LNG Exporter to China

Venture Global LNG has entered into two long term sales and purchase agreements with Sinopec for supplying 4 million tons per annum of LNG from its Plaquemines LNG export facility in the USA. A subsidiary of Sinopec will also purchase 3.5 million tons of LNG from the company’s Calcasieu Pass LNG unit. The deal is claimed to be the largest single LNG supply deal ever signed by a US company.
