Toyo Engineering Partners with JGC for Fuel Ammonia Plants

Under an alliance agreement signed between both the companies, Toyo Engineering and JGC Corporation will together undertake EPC projects for fuel-ammonia manufacturing plants and ammonia receiving terminals in Japan. The Japanese Government’s goal of realizing carbon neutrality by 2050 and fuel ammonia being seen as a decarbonized fuel across the globe has led to the formation of this alliance.

Exxon Mobil to Develop CCS Project in Australia

Exxon Mobil is currently carrying out early front-end engineering design studies to explore the potential for developing a carbon capture and storage project – South East Australia carbon capture and storage in the Gippsland Basin. The project is expected to capture up to 2 million metric tons of CO2 annually and could be operational by 2025.
