The project is expected to increase production capacity to approximately 600,000 metric tons annually to meet the growing demands of its MDI customers in the North American region.

Total Energies has launched its ‘Bio Béarn’ project, a biogas unit in Mourenx, France which is expected to convert 220,000 metric tons of organic waste into 200,000 metric tons of digestate annually as well as 160 GWh of biomethane every year.
