Bill Anderson has been selected to become the next CEO of Bayer from June 1, 2023. He will succeed the current CEO of Bayer Werner Baumann who retires at the end of May.

The green hydrogen cluster will be developed in the Valencia region of Spain in order to make the region a leader in green hydrogen production. The project will include production of green hydrogen at BP’s Castellón refinery.

Mitsui Chemicals and Microwave Chemical will be establishing a new demonstration facility at Mitsui Chemicals’ Nagoya Works in Japan. The unit will demonstrate the innovative microwave-based technology for carbon fiber production.

Under a joint pre-feasibility study, Greenergy and Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies will work together to develop a green hydrogen supply chain which aims to transport low-cost green hydrogen from Canada to the UK.

With the partnership, both the companies aim to optimize the production of bacterial cellulose and produce bio-based materials which act as the perfect green substitute for synthetic polymers used in the market today such as acrylates, polyethylene, and polystyrene.
