Marathon Petroleum Corporation’s Dickinson renewable diesel facility in North Dakota, USA has completed a successful test run of Haldor Topsoe’s Hydroflex technology to produce 100 % renewable diesel. The technology helps to convert low-carbon renewable feedstocks into cleaner fuel alternatives.

Haldor Topsoe intends to expand its Bayport production site in Texas, USA by constructing a new 15,000 ton per year hydroprocessing catalyst unit. The plant will increase the production capacity of the company’s TK catalysts in order to meet the growing demand for renewable diesel, jet fuel and refining.

Haldor Topsoe’s Syncor autothermal reforming technology has been chosen by Air Products for its world-scale net-zero hydrogen energy complex in Canada. The technology will be installed at Air Product’s new facility which will help to capture over 95 % of CO2 emissions.
