Uniper has entered into contracts with Afry, Carbon Clean, Siemens Energy and Topsoe to begin the next development phase for its e-methanol production facility – NorthStarH2 in Östersund, Sweden.

Under an agreement with First Ammonia, Topsoe will provide its ammonia synthesis technology for the company’s green ammonia production facility in Victoria, Texas, USA. Commercial operations of the project is expected to begin in 2029.

Topsoe and Sasol will provide its gas-to-liquid synfuels technology with Topsoe’s hydrogen production, gas reforming and hydroprocessing solutions, integrated with Sasol’s Fischer-Tropsch and treatment technologies for Sustaero’s SAF Project.

Topsoe has secured a grant of approximately 3.6 million dollars for Powerfactor, a project that focuses on ensuring Power-to-X plants connect safely and reliably to the power grid.

Allied Biofuels has selected Topsoe and Sasol to provide technologies for its E-SAF and bio-based SAF production facility in the Khorezm region of Uzbekistan. The facility is expected to produce high-quality SAF from a variety of feedstocks.

Under an agreement signed between Topsoe and Bioveritas, both the parties will help fuel producers to license Topsoe’s Hydroflex technology alongside the Bioveritas Process to produce renewable fuels from second-generation feedstocks.

Topsoe has entered into a Feed agreement with Hynfra for its green ammonia project in Aqaba, Jordan. Topsoe’s ammonia synthesis technology will be used for the project.

Topsoe has been chosen as the ammonia technology licensor for Acwa's Yanbu Green Hydrogen Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Topsoe will also deliver engineering, proprietary equipment and catalysts to Sinopec and Tecnicas Reunidas, who have jointly been awarded the Feed-contract.

Topsoe has announced Yassir Ghiyati as its new Chief Commercial Officer. He will a part of the Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for the company’s core commercial offerings across global markets.
