Suez, a world leader in circular and digital solutions for water and waste, has acquired stakes in two North American start-up companies Airex Energy and Subeca.

Metso has plans to acquire Jindex, an Australian company specializing in valves and process flow control. With this move, the company aims to strengthen its slurry handling offering.
