Finland – HRX Group, a transport company specialising in express deliveries, will switch to use Neste My Renewable Diesel as fuel for all of its deliveries in Finland, and depending on availability, also in the Baltics. HRX has offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius and Warsaw. With Neste My Renewable Diesel, the Group can reduce greenhouse gas emissions from deliveries calculated over the life cycle by up to 90 %, compared to fossil diesel.

“Our competitive advantages are fast deliveries and the flexibility of our logistics services. Today, however, the competitive advantage of transport companies is increasingly based on the responsibility of operators: our customers want to see concrete actions for the benefit of climate and the environment. Due to this, we want to achieve an immediate effect on our emissions by adopting Neste My Renewable Diesel. In addition to significant emission reductions, reporting to customers is effortless, which makes it easier to build trust and create long and lasting customer relationships. At the same time, our customers also benefit and can reduce their own carbon footprint,” says Pekka Mykkänen, CEO of HRX Group.

Specialist Book „Heat Transfer Technique“The comprehensive standard work „Heat Transfer Technique“ offers not only a detailed and well-founded presentation of the basics of heat transfer technique, but also shows the latest state of the art and the latest regulations in the use of organic fluids. Thematically, the book is rounded off with an overview of property data of organic heat transfer fluids as well as many use cases from practical experience.

Renewable fuels are at the core of the Group’s environmental strategy, as they enable the company to reduce its own greenhouse gas emissions. HRX accumulates about one million driving kilometers a year on Finnish roads. The greenhouse gas emission reduction that can be achieved with Neste My Renewable Diesel is equivalent to removing nearly 290 passenger cars from the roads for a year.

“Transport companies have an important role to play in reducing greenhouse gas emissions from road transport. It is easy to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of transportation by fueling the vehicles with renewable diesel. HRX is an important operator in its field, which is why it is great to be involved in supporting the company in implementing its environmental strategy in both Finland and in the Baltic countries,” says Joni Pihlström, Vice President, B2B Sales in Finland at Neste.
