The 150,000 pph Saturated Steam Boiler delivers an exceptional high-volume temporary steam output, ideal for industries requiring robust and dependable process steam. Designed for operational flexibility, this unit has a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 650 psig and an operating range from 350 to 600 psig. The 110,000 pph Superheated Steam Boiler is also engineered for the most demanding applications, with a MAWP of 750 psig and a wide operating range from 350 to 680 psi for 750°F superheated steam supply. Both boiler designs feature a low NOx burner with optional SCR for ultra-low NOx performance and fully metered combustion controls ideal for diverse industries with high-pressure steam requirements.

These mobile package watertube boilers are each fully piped and wired and come equipped with a VFD-controlled forced draft fan, an Econostak economizer, and all necessary safety and operational components. The Econostak economizer increases efficiency by recovering heat from flue gases, thereby reducing energy costs and improving overall system performance. PLC-based combustion controls, and a full suite of safety features—including safety valves, low-water cutoffs, and NEMA 4 electrical enclosures—guarantee efficient, reliable, and safe operation. Designed initially for natural gas firing, both package watertube boiler options are capable of firing various fuel options with minimal or no changes to the system. This includes natural gas, #2 oil, and hydrogen blended fuels. Each unit is weatherproofed, except for freezing conditions, and comes with comprehensive operating manuals. Additionally, a Catastak SCR system can be supplied for ultra-low NOx performance down to 2.5 ppm offering a solution for emissions compliance, without compromise.
