Bologna/Italy – Ima has recently signed with Omas Tecnosistemi, a leading supplier of high-tech customized solutions in the cosmetics, make-up and personal care sectors, an agreement that provides for the purchase of a majority of the company’s shares held by Savino Giudici.

The Omas Tecnosistemi range of machines was already very broad, from product preparation to cleaning, from bottle and cap orientation and handling to filling, from capping to labelling, but the secondary packaging part of a complete line down to the pallet was missing.

It was here that Ima and Omas Tecnosistemi realized that, together, they could become the “one-stop partner” in the cosmetics, make-up and personal care sectors, for filling and packaging lines of all kinds.

It was not long after the first meeting that the agreement was signed: this perfect combination will be an added value for customers. This collaboration will officially start at

the opening of the Cosmopack trade fair on 21 March in Bologna.
