4. Reduce manpower cost
Less flushing activity contributed to reduced manpower cost, saving $10,000 for the labor cost per year. Conclusion These improvements over the last two years have increased customer confidence in their weld water system leading to a decision to procure the ultra filtration plant from Nalco in order to further improve the system performance.
3D Trasar cooling water technology with its real-time monitoring and control of the welding system prevented corrosion and brought peace of mind to the customer. Water
quality was improved, and fresh water usage was reduced.
There were no more unplanned shutdowns related to water system failure in the weld guns, which avoided huge potential product loss to the customer.
