A presently unique connection technology now for the first time enables the new industrial tablet PC Agile X IS data processing directly in Ex zone 1 — and this in real time.

The Agile X IS is a fully functional PC with a powerful processor. This allows working at high speed and a long battery life under the Windows operating system. The extremely rugged industrial tablet PC is certified according to Atex Zone 1 and Div 1 and is currently the only hot-swappable system for this explosion protection class, which guarantees availability around the clock.

High Resolution in All Situations

The high-resolution 10.1-inch display is easy to read, even in strong sunlight and can be even operated with work gloves. The design in protection class IP65 makes the device resistant to dust, water splashes and foul weather. It is thus qualified for all mobile field use. The office docking station enables a seamless transition to the office. A carrying system adapted to customer needs completes the portfolio.

For mobile data acquisition, the user can choose from other optional sensors in addition to the already integrated barcode scanner. An interface on the back panel can, for example, add a RFID reader. Supplemental smart extensions such as a Hart module make the industrial tablet an indispensable companion.
