With its modular design, the PH 3000 can be easily configured to accommodate different film web structures, production speeds – up to 450 ppm, and product sizes – up to 300 mm film width. The equipment is designed with a fully contained solution for safety and dust protection, while the cantilevered design and full visibility of the product and film path offer ideal conditions for easy product flow control and cleaning at the end of each batch, adds the firm.

The PH 3000 provides hermetic packaging to protect products from moisture, light, and oxygen. For products sensitive to moisture and oxygen, it’s possible to flush the packs with protective gases, such as nitrogen, or low RH dry air to achieve Modified Atmosphere Packaging (M.A.P.).

It also supports inline printing of variable data, including Pharma codes and 2D Datamatrix, with OCR/OCV control. Additionally, it offers the option to print full artwork inline and inspect key elements using a camera to monitor the entire pack width, concludes the firm.
