New Appointment Catherine Mac Gregor is President New Ventures at Technip FMC
Catherine Mac Gregor has been appointed with an aim to explore opportunities and expand Technip FMC’s portfolio through innovative models and new business lines. Previously, she has held numerous leadership positions involving global operational activities.
UK – Technip FMC has recently announced that Catherine Mac Gregor has joined its Executive Leadership Team as President New Ventures.
Commenting on her appointment, Pferdehirt said, “In our rapidly changing and extremely competitive environment, the ability to expand our possibilities and to develop our business in new directions is a critical asset for Technip FMC’s future.
“This is why we have decided to create New Ventures – to explore opportunities to expand our portfolio through innovative models and new business lines. Catherine will be in charge of defining and implementing this new, promising approach.”
Mac Gregor previously spent 23 years with Schlumberger in a succession of leadership positions involving global operational activities. These included President Drilling Group, President Characterization Group, Area President for Europe and Africa, President of Wireline and Vice President of Human Resources.
She holds a master’s degree in engineering from École Centrale Paris, France and brings proven executive experience, a strategic and results-driven mindset and a focus on business development and innovation.
