The Middle East is known as the epicenter of fossil fuel production but the region aims to transform this image by developing revolutionary decarbonization projects in order to cut down carbon emissions and ultimately achieve the goal of net zero emissions.
The Middle East region has been in the news for quite some time due to the ongoing genocide in Palestine by Israel. In fact, some Arab leaders are diplomatically handling the humanitarian issue at hand in order to put an end to the genocide in Palestine and to bring greater stability to the region at large. Apart from the politics, the Middle East has many outstanding achievements. Countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman and Qatar are developing some of the most noteworthy and advanced decarbonization projects in the world.
