L.B. Bohle’s dry granulation system offers a high throughput and minimal material loss. In the BRC, compaction force is generated purely electromechanically to ensure consistent ribbon properties. Innovative control strategies regulate both the compaction force and the ribbon thickness, enabling uniform compaction across a production range of 1–400 kg/h. The sophisticated design improves handling and reduces assembly time. A hygienic build and standard integrated washer nozzles support an effective WIP process.
