The IBC Washing Module provides complete inside wash and dry without removing the Cone Valve inside the IBC. Available from manual to fully automatic, air-wash and wet-wash options are offered.

In applications using wet-wash, two different systems are available. A simple lance arrangement designed for manual fitting onto an IBC lid provides a high pressure jet of water is sprayed on all internal surfaces of the IBC to remove any powder residue. Alternatively, our IBC Wash Station uses a high pressure spray lance to distribute water on all internal surfaces of the IBC, removing any powder residue. The drainage frame includes a cone lifter for automatic cleaning of the outlet with the Cone Valve in situ.

When applying air to clean the inside of the IBC, air is used to expel powder dust & residue.on any internal surfaces of the IBC. Using only air removes the risk of any waterborne bacterial growth, which is particularly valuable at sites producing dairy products or infant nutrition. Any residual powder waste is collected via a dust extraction unit.
