IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)

The IBC container is central to Matcon's powder handling solution and features unique, original Cone Valve technology. The Matcon IBC is available in a range of sizes between 300L and 3500L.

The IBC container is central to Matcon's powder handling solution and features unique, original Cone Valve technology. Designed for rapid filling and emptying, with washing off-line, the IBC container allows all the manufacturing processes to operate simultaneously for optimum production efficiency.

Our IBCs offer controlled discharge and protection against product segregation, rat-holing and bridging, and meet the highest hygiene and safety requirements.

The Matcon IBC is available in a range of sizes between 300L and 3500L and are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and 304 stainless steel. For non-food, non-hygienic applications, we also offer a Polyethylene IBC which is supported in a steel framework.
