A high precision instrument for accurately measuring angular deviation in any inclination on flat surfaces and shafts.

The INCLINEO alignment system measures flatness and parallelism of surfaces independent of their inclination. Thanks to an innovative design that permits the housing to be rotated by 360°, the INCLINEO can be readily adjusted to any angle.
The integrated high precision electronic inclinometer is used for absolute and relative measurements. The data are transferred to the PC by wireless transmission and are displayed and evaluated using PRÜFTECHNIK software.

The INCLINEO can be used to collect data from a number of measurement points to create profile calculations of surfaces or flanges.

Its versatility makes it ideal for any application that requires high precision measurement of flatness, parallelism and inclination. The system has already been successfully applied in determining the geometries of machine tools, levelling of machine beds and plumbing of water turbines. The INCLINEO masters a wide variety of different measurement tasks that simplify and optimize wind tower construction.
