A family-owned company with 250 employees, Solberg has a thriving global business and has been an enthusiastic Achema exhibitor for more than 10 years, said Sarah Solberg, of Solberg’s International Business Development Group. The firm has had a strong presence in Germany for over 20 years and the new German subsidiary underscores the importance it places on staying close to customers.

Solberg specializes in inlet and discharge filters for vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors, especially where oil mist is a problem. Power generation is another target industry, Sarah Solberg said. The company is proud of its expertise in sizing filters, and manufactures every element and housing from scratch. The largest units are the size of a 40-gal drum.
