Tokyo, Japan – Theplant is scheduled for startup by the last quarter of 2015. The proposed facility consists of manufacture of 2300 tonnes per day of Ammonia and 4000 tonnes per day of granulated urea from natural gas feedstock employing technology licenses from KBR and Toyo. Toyos Urea Synthesis (ACES21) and granulation technologies have been successfully accepted at several plants worldwide and are known for lower utilities consumption.
