This development marks a new phase in Solvay's history, repositioning the company as a key player in the essential chemicals sector on a global scale. The move is aimed at fostering sustainable growth and concentrating on its core business segments, while continuing to prioritize market leadership, decarbonization, and social responsibility.

Solvay, now operating with over 9000 employees in 40 countries, is dedicated to producing sustainable products that are crucial for various societal needs. These products range from those involved in purifying air and water, preserving food, enhancing health and safety, to developing environmentally friendly clothing and automotive tires, as well as contributing to home insulation, cleanliness, and protection.
