Dupont has plans to acquire Spectrum Plastics, a prominent leader in advanced manufacturing of specialty medical devices and components, under a definitive agreement. With this move, the firm aims to strengthen its existing healthcare portfolio.

Under the terms of the contract, Exxon Mobil will transport and permanently store up to 2.2 million metric tons of carbon dioxide annually from Linde’s hydrogen production facility in Texas, USA.
